Since 1955, afternoon tea has been part of Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus’ story. At Lalou, this tradition continues with a refined selection of teas, delicate pastries, and thoughtfully prepared savouries. Served in an elegant setting, it offers a moment to slow down and enjoy a ritual shaped by taste, balance, and quiet sophistication.

LUMINA CAKE COLLECTION

Seven signature cakes, each with its own character, story and distinctive expression.

Created under the culinary direction of Chef Yannis Manikis, the Lumina Cake Collection brings together seven original cakes designed to transform a simple sweet pause into a memorable ritual. Each creation explores a different balance of flavour, texture and visual detail, from light and delicate profiles to richer, more layered combinations.

Available throughout the day, the collection is presented through specially designed table cards and a dedicated display menu, inviting guests to discover the story behind each cake and choose the one that speaks to their taste. Thoughtfully paired with Lalou’s curated tea and coffee selection, every Lumina cake offers its own moment of indulgence.
